Dennis E. Ulrich, CPA

serves as the Managing Principal of Scheffel & Company, P.C. and heads our Edwardsville, Illinois office. Dennis shares his over 30 years of accounting and auditing experience with commercial clients as well as his corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and individual tax skills to maximize our clients’ wealth. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, retirement planning, succession planning, and business, estate, and tax planning. Dennis serves as a key advisor to company owners and executives. His expertise includes a variety of industries including construction, agri-business, healthcare, wholesale distributors, transportation companies, and professional service firms. Dennis is a member of the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois, BDO Seidman Alliance Construction Industry Group, and other civic and non-profit organizations. He is also Past President of the Southern Chapter of the Illinois CPA Society.
