Steven P. Langendorf, CPA

is a principal of Scheffel & Company, P.C. responsible for audits, reviews, and compilations in our Edwardsville office. Steve’s area of expertise includes the audits of employee benefit plans, construction companies, and government entities. In addition, he provides tax preparation and review of individual, partnership, corporate, and not-for-profit returns for his clients. As the leader of our accounting and auditing team, Steve implements and maintains our firm’s standards and practices to ensure that our clients remain in compliance with new accounting and auditing pronouncements. Steve performs secondary audit reviews for several of our offices to ensure that our clients receive quality compliance services. He is active in the community as a Rotarian and a member of the Metro-East Lutheran High School Board.
